Handling time

We ship from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Orders received not shipped same day as they typically require customized picking and packing and in some case sea container acquisition and logistics. We will make every effort to attend to your order as efficiency and as soon as possible but no guarantees can be made about timelines.

Shipping times to you vary depending on destination and availability of cargo space and shipping services.

We will supply tracking on all outbound consignments.

Shipping Rates

A quote will be supplied once order is finalized based on applicable volumes and weights, as they apply in accordance with shipper terms and conditions which consignees are deemed to have accepted upon paying. Alternatively, customers can engage their own freight agent and Future Earth Farms will supply a price FOB (freight on board) including cartage or alternatively you can organize pickup factory direct.

Customs charges may apply to international orders. Future Earth Farms is not responsible for any duties, customs charges, or taxes incurred.

FCL (full container loads) are recommended where order volume is sufficient as much cheaper M3 rates apply. Cartage and storage rates as they may apply are the responsibility of the consignee.

Insurance is optional but recommended, especially for LCL (less than full container loads) consignments. Future Earth Farms can supply a quote or you can engage a freight agent to organize.
