Aimed at the retail consumer market, this product is bought off the cool room shelf. Destined for a slot in the a fridge until required, freshly cut high nutritious microgreen peaking with goodness ready anytime you need them. Can be taken out of fridge and grown bigger if desired in some dappled or mild lighting conditions in cool to warm temperatures – not suitable for direct sunlight.
Our long time flagship product is mixed boxes or recyclable exchange crates containing either 12 or 24 live potted Microgreens. Destined for the cool room, most varieties stay fresh for up to 2 weeks before cutting for use. Can be supplied in specific mixes or even single variety
Nutritious and packed with vitamins flavour packed cut crops including Broccoli, Red cabbage, Spicy Purple radish and other varieties on an as requested basis. These must be kept refrigerated and sealed until ready to use. We highly recommend avoiding any sort of heat or direct sunlight before consuming, to keep lid on until ready to eat and to close lid after opening tubs as soon as possible to prevent wilting. Packaged in 40-gram tubs they are ready to eat but also recommend a quick rinse before use in accordance with food safety guidelines.
