Our premium grow shelves are built with a custom heavy duty 45 x 45 x 1.6mm aluminium extrusion, ABS corner pieces and 5mm x 50mm x 50mm square galvanised mesh for long service life. Our standard shelf is 10 x 150mm levels to suit most microgreens crops (total height 2050mm).

our unique and innovative ultra low profile lighting system is manufactured with a lightweight but strong aluminium frame, 6 light strips with high quality LEDs, CCD driver and daisy chain cabling system requiring only 1 daisy chain per shelf level. Maximumized PPF output per joule and PPFD levels to crop canopy for enhanced yields and quality. Suit ultra low profile high density vertical farming applications. IP65 rated (waterproof). Certified to RCM, CE and ROHS standards (Australian, NZ and EU). PPE 2.46. Overall size 1200mm x 600mm.

Our unique proprietary air circulation solution. Especially important in ultra low profile high density vertical farming applications. Each air wall is manufactured specifically to suit shelving options and distributes an even laminar airflow to every level ensuring crops receive a predictable consistent fresh air exchange from the upper to lower levels, eliminating temperature gradients and “dead spots”. This aids in achieving optimal growth, consistency of germination, and avoidance of mold and crop rot related issues.

Our purpose built flat packed 75mm foam panel grow room provides an ideal solution for indoor growing application, allowing large grow rooms built even with limited door size access (unlike container farms). It is a robust free standing solution employing allen key drive construction system for fast build. Surfaces are white for ideal reflective properties. The 75mm foam panels are sandwiched between zinc steel sheets with high quality surface coating. Holes are cut for intake vents and exhaust fan installation (included). The exhaust fan(s) is temperature and humidity actuated. Supplied with sturdy slip resistant 3mm black vinyl floor overlay and single fridge door sealed entry (optional extra door for walk through access). The Insulated panel construction retains heat when needed or deflects it as required allowing for improved control of the indoor grow environment.

Large trays are designed to hold either 4 x mesh trays OR 4 x 1020 trays. Our mesh trays are sized to retain 18 of our pots (pots will also fit nicely into 1020 trays).
